What density is denoted by this color? I don't see it on the key.

Recommendation/Idea
Get rid of all of this low-density residential. Start at R-5 and above.

Question
In terms of equitably is there a way to classify land use as unavailable for homeless activity, loitering, panhandling? Why are these things allowed. It devalues my experience as a citizen and the city’s appeal to visitors.

Recommendation/Idea
Any options to breakup the grid through these high density residential areas? Dead end streets like that north end of Bolton hill to stop thru traffic. Opportunities for one way streets to make room for diagonal parking and more spots? Little round about circles instead of lights or stop signs like union square Schroeder and Lombard st.

Recommendation/Idea
Any options for pedestrian only areas like the harbor boardwalk? Something like Howard street with activated storefronts and lots of stormwater gardens

Comment
Harborplace public land should remain accessible public space with current height restrictions to remain forever - not commercial/residential with no height restriction.
