The 2024 Climate Action Plan Update identifies strategies to be pursued by City of Baltimore over the next 10 years to acheive its goal for 60% carbon emission reduction between 2017 and 2030. As a complement to several other sustainability and resilience focused plans, the actions identified focus on greenhouse gas emission reduction. It was developed following more than a year of community engagement and a public comment period in October 2023.
